What methods of payment do dizzydaze accept?

Payments for orders through our website are made via Paypal. Paypal accepts payments by card or via your Paypal account.

Why has my payment been refused?

Payments for orders are processed by Paypal. Please contact your card issuer for details if your card has been refused.

Can I order goods by phone as well as via the website?

We cannot accept orders over the phone at this time. However, if you have any queries prior to purchasing online, please contact us at [email protected]

What happens if I add the wrong delivery address?

If you enter an incorrect delivery address when you place an order, please get in touch with us ASAP at [email protected] to amend. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be liable for refunding any items and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to locate the package once we provide them with the courier of the shipment.

Cancellations & Returns

Once I have ordered an item, can I change my mind?

Due to the nature of our work and with each item being made-to-order, if you’ve changed your mind about your order, you have up until 1 hour following the receipt of your order confirmation to cancel the order by contacting us via our email address [email protected]

Can I return an item?

Due to the nature of our work and with each item being made-to-order, returns are discouraged. As part of our quality control, we make sure to check every product thoroughly before sending. However, if your order doesn’t fit we may offer an alteration service if not a full refund. Just let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. If an alteration is necessary, as soon as it’s returned to us, we’ll get adjusting and have it sent back to you within 7 working days. If your item(s) has been accepted for a full refund, your money will be returned to you within 7 working days of us receiving the item back. Products must be returned to us in the exact condition you received them in, so please keep those tags on!

In order to avoid needing an alteration, please make sure you submit the correct size when ordering and check out our size guide and made-to-measure chart. As a small business, we unfortunately aren’t able to cover return postage costs for alterations or returns.

Faulty or damaged goods

As part of our quality control, we make sure to check every product thoroughly before sending. However, in the rare and unfortunate occasion the item(s) has arrived faulty, we may offer an alteration service if not a full refund. Just let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. If an alteration is necessary, as soon as it’s returned to us, we’ll get adjusting and have it sent back to you within 7 working days. If your item(s) has been accepted for a full refund, your money will be returned to you within 7 working days of us receiving the item back. Products must be returned to us in the exact condition you received them in, so please keep those tags on!

Fabrics & Production

How long does a made-to-order item take?

Everything we stock is designed and handmade to order from our small studio in North Devon. For this reason, all products in our shop have a 7-working day production period, with fully bespoke orders usually taking up to 28 working days.

Production and delivery times will vary when ordering from our bespoke service as each piece will be made specifically to your request. We will be in touch to discuss this to make sure you know when you’ll receive your order.

Can I see fabric swatches?

Unfortunately we aren’t able to send fabric swatches at this time. However, when designing fully bespoke items, this will be possible.
